Za dekoraciju:
Priprema:
Izmijesati sastojke za podlogu, sjediniti ih i staviti na dno okruglog kalupa za torte (promjer kalupa 26 ili 28).
Cokoladu otopiti na pari. Zelatinu staviti da nabubri, pa je otopiti na laganoj temperaturi.
Izmiksati sir, secer, vanil secer, dodati vrhnje, dodati cokoladu, sve sjediniti i na kraju dodati otopljenu zelatinu.
Izmiksati i preliti preko podloge, a zatim ostaviti u frizider desetak minuta da se malo ucvrsti prije narednog krema.
Drugi i treci krem raditi po istom postupku kao i prvi.
Kada se torta stegne dekorisati je sa slagom i ribanom cokoladom, isjeci na parcad i posluziti.
